Metallurgical Viability, Inc.

	MV, Inc. agrees to pay a commission (finder's fee) of 5% to any persons providing a qualified referral for new work for MV, Inc., see definitions below.
	The commission for the referral is paid from revenues actually received from the client for a maximum period of one year from the date of the referral or a maximum of $7,000 of commissions whichever is smaller.
	Commission is paid on revenues received from the client for consulting. It does not include reimbursed expenses for meals, airfare, supplies and services paid for by the client.

Guarantee

MV guarantees that it shall perform the Work in accordance with the standards of care and diligence normally practiced by recognized consulting firms performing services of a similar nature. If, during the six (6) month period following completion of the Work it is shown that Consultant has failed to fulfill this guarantee and Owner has promptly notified Consultant in writing of any such failure, Consultant shall perform, at Consultant's cost, such additional or corrective Work as may be required to remedy such failure to meet the original Scope of Work. Owner shall release, defend and indemnify Consultant from and against any further liability arising from the Work or this Agreement.
